I often found myself using simple utility sites that allow me to format and visualise JSON. One day the frustration of using these sites got too much: trying to select text and an ad popped up and hit me in the face.
I thought, 'no more', and made my own version that was a little less terrible. It uses the text editor from Visual Studio Code to give a proper editor with syntax highlighting and code folding, it has a tree view, it allows you to format the JSON.
The idea is to do one thing and do it well, and that one thing is JSON.
