Jotted records Zoom, Teams and Google Meet calls without a bot ever joining the meeting. Most bot-free tools throw the recording away — Jotted keeps the full video, plus a transcript, summary and action items. Free forever, and it works with no account at all: download it, open it, and record. Windows only for now. Built solo in the Philippines because every other bot-free tool is Mac-first and none of them keep the video.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Christine, solo founder, building this from the Philippines.
I have 2e ADHD. My brain runs fast and wide, and once something bugs me I fall all the way in until it stops bugging me. What bugged me was losing the actual conversation. I'd have a client call, take rough notes, and a week later argue with myself about what was actually agreed.
AI notetakers exist for this, but every one I tried either sends a visible bot into the meeting, which feels awkward to explain to a client, or it works quietly and then throws the video away, keeping only a transcript I couldn't fully trust. So I built the version I actually wanted.
Jotted records your screen directly, so nothing joins the call and nothing shows up in the participant list. And it keeps the full video, always, not just the transcript. If the AI summary ever gets something wrong, you can go back and watch what actually happened.
Free plan needs no account at all. Download it, open it, record. Unlimited length, full video, full transcript, all done locally on your computer. Pro adds the AI summary, action items, cloud backup, and Quill, which lets you ask questions about a past meeting and jumps straight to the moment it was said. Try all of that on seven meetings before paying anything, no card required.
What I'd love from this community: tell me where the recording or the sign-in flow trips you up, and tell me if there's a meeting app I'm not capturing yet. I read everything.
Thanks for taking a look.
