JobScribe is a job sourcing platform that automates job data collection from multiple job portals, helping recruitment consultancies save time and increase productivity. Built specifically for Indian recruitment agencies, it eliminates manual job searching by aggregating opportunities into a single dashboard. Recruiters can discover jobs faster, streamline workflows, improve team collaboration, and focus more on candidate placements instead of repetitive sourcing tasks.

The aggregation across multiple portals sounds genuinely useful for Indian consultancies juggling tons of openings daily. Curious how the dashboard handles filtering when results pile up fast.
@asmin479919 Thanks! That's exactly the problem we're solving. Jobscribe includes powerful filtering and search options so recruiters can quickly narrow results by job portal, company, location, job title, experience, skills, salary, posting date, and more. You can also sort, save searches, and manage shortlisted jobs without switching between multiple portals.
Our goal is to help recruiters spend less time searching and more time placing candidates. We'd love to hear any feedback or feature suggestions you have!
Pulling listings from multiple Indian portals into one dashboard sounds like a real time saver for recruiters juggling Naukri, LinkedIn, and others. Curious how well the de-duplication works across sources since that usually becomes the bottleneck.
@murat5gkt Great question! Duplicate listings are one of the biggest pain points for recruiters.
Jobscribe uses intelligent matching based on multiple attributes such as job title, company name, location, experience, skills, and posting metadata to identify potential duplicates across different job portals. Similar listings are grouped together so recruiters see a cleaner, unified view instead of the same role repeated multiple times.
We're continuously refining the matching logic as we onboard more data sources, and improving de-duplication accuracy is one of our key focus areas. We'd love to hear your thoughts or any edge cases you've encountered!
Finally something tailored for Indian recruitment workflows. The aggregated dashboard saved me from juggling five browser tabs and the team collaboration feature feels like it actually understands how agencies share leads day to day.
@lyas1059603 Thank you! That means a lot to hear. 🙌
Jobscribe was built specifically with Indian recruitment agencies in mind, where recruiters often spend hours switching between multiple job portals and collaborating across teams. Our goal is to bring everything into one streamlined workspace so recruiters can find jobs faster, share opportunities effortlessly, and focus more on candidate placements than manual searching.
We're constantly improving the platform based on recruiter feedback, so if you have any suggestions, we'd love to hear them! 🚀
This looks like a solid time-saver for busy agencies. One thing that would really help is letting recruiters set up alerts based on filters like salary range, location radius, or specific company lists so fresh matching jobs land in their inbox without even opening the dashboard.
@n_yalc28873 Thanks for the great suggestion! That's actually very much aligned with our roadmap.
We're working on smart job alerts that will let recruiters create saved searches using filters like salary range, location, experience, company, skills, and more. Matching jobs can then be delivered automatically via email or in-app notifications, so recruiters don't have to keep checking the dashboard throughout the day.
Our goal is to make Jobscribe a proactive recruitment assistant, not just a job aggregation platform. Really appreciate the feedback—it reinforces that we're building in the right direction! 🚀
honestly this looks super useful for agencies drowning in manual sourcing. one thing that would be a game changer is adding a chrome extension that lets recruiters save jobs with one click while browsing other portals directly into their JobScribe dashboard, basically cutting out the extra step of copying links manually.
@salimkurunlgen Thank you! We really appreciate the feedback. 🙌
A Chrome extension is actually a great idea and something we've discussed internally. Being able to save jobs with a single click while browsing different portals directly into the Jobscribe dashboard would make recruiters' workflows even faster and eliminate manual copy-pasting.
Our focus is to reduce repetitive tasks and make sourcing as seamless as possible, so suggestions like this are incredibly valuable. We'll definitely keep this on our roadmap as we continue enhancing the platform. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts! 🚀
Love how the single dashboard approach cuts out the tab-juggling I used to do every morning. Pulling listings from multiple Indian portals into one view is such a thoughtful fix for an everyday recruiter headache.
@saniyetfjq Thank you so much! 🙌
That's exactly the experience we wanted to create. Recruiters shouldn't have to spend their mornings switching between multiple job portals just to find the right opportunities. By bringing listings from multiple Indian job portals into a single dashboard, Jobscribe helps teams save time, stay organised, and focus on what really matters: connecting the right candidates with the right jobs.
We're thrilled to hear it's solving a real everyday challenge. Thanks for your support, and we'd love to hear any ideas you have as we continue improving Jobscribe! 🚀
