JobLens highlights the red and green flags hiding in a LinkedIn description - "fast-paced environment," "wear many hats," "unlimited PTO," "like a family" - and tells you the real work type (greenfield, legacy…). Free on every job you open: inline flag highlights + the exact phrase that triggered each one. Pro (€19, one-time, no subscription) lets you act on flags across a whole search - flag counts on every card, and filters to hide jobs with 2+ red flags or show only green-flagged roles.
Hey PH 👋
I built JobLens because I was tired of reading the same recycled phrases in every job post and not knowing what the role actually *was* until an interview. "Fast-paced environment," "we're like a family," "wear many hats" - after a while you learn these often mean understaffed, no boundaries, and undefined scope. But it's easy to gloss over them when you're applying to 30 roles.
So JobLens highlights those phrases inline on the LinkedIn job you're reading, shows you the exact words that triggered each flag (red and green), and classifies the real type of work -greenfield, legacy modernization, maintenance, devops, data, team lead.
The core is genuinely free on every job you open - that's the part I think everyone should have.
The €19 one-time Pro tier is for people doing high-volume searches: it puts flag counts on every card across a whole results page and lets you filter the list (hide roles with 2+ red flags, or show only green-flagged ones). One-time, no subscription. That's what keeps the lights on.
It reads only the visible job description - never your profile, name, or email. Nothing is stored.
Would genuinely love feedback on the flag patterns - which phrases you think I'm missing, and which ones are unfair. Roast it.
