Hey everyone 👋 I'm Hallar.
What inspired me to build Jobifer was honestly my own frustration with job hunting.
During my own job search, I realized that no matter how talented or capable you are, the whole process has become extremely fragile. It is frustrating, repetitive, mentally exhausting, and sometimes genuinely soul-draining.
Like many people, I was already using AI to help with my job search. I would use ChatGPT to understand roles, tailor my CV, improve my applications, and think through how to approach specific opportunities.
Over time, I built my own workflow around it. And honestly, that workflow worked really well for me in the past when I was trying to land interviews.
So with Jobifer, I basically took that workflow, improved it a lot, and turned it into a reusable product that other job seekers can use too.
The goal is simple: help people apply better, not just apply more.
Jobifer helps you find relevant jobs, understand how well they match your profile, tailor your CV, and reach the right people instead of just submitting applications into a portal and waiting.
I’m also really happy that one of our early users already landed their first interview within 10 days of setting up Jobifer. That honestly means a lot to me.
