Jobbook: Offline quotes, invoices and payment records for trades

Hey Product Hunt, I'm Deen from Krēˈādiv Worx. Jobbook is for independent tradespeople who want to keep the paperwork for a job together on their Windows PC. Create a quote using saved customers and reusable items. Once the customer accepts, turn it into an invoice without retyping the job. Record deposits and payments you've already received, see what's still owed, and export PDFs. JSON backups and CSV exports help you keep control of your records. Jobbook works offline. Choose ZAR, GBP, USD, EUR, AUD, CAD or NZD before your first document; each book uses one currency. This is early access 0.1.0 for Windows x64: £9 GBP once, plus applicable tax at checkout. It comes as an unsigned folder download, so extract the whole folder before running Jobbook.exe. There is no subscription. It records payments manually; it doesn't collect money, automatically email customers, file taxes or sync between PCs. Records and backups are not encrypted by the app, so protect your PC and keep a backup somewhere separate. The screenshots use fictional example records.
