Backstory: at my day job I kept getting handed "write a job description for this role" with basically no documentation and no real process to follow. Every JD ended up looking different depending on who wrote it. So I built a tool to fix that for myself — turned out other people wanted it too.
It's a structured form, not a chatbot — same fields, same layout, every time, tailored to whatever business is using it. It also checks for gendered/age-coded/ableist language automatically before you download.
Also just shipped a free Pay Transparency Checker alongside it — paste a posting, pick a state, see if it's missing what that state requires (pay range, benefits, deadline). Colorado, where I'm based, was one of the first states with this law, so it's a problem I run into directly.

Honestly the intake form is super clean, basically fills itself in and the Word doc comes out looking pretty polished right away. Surprised how much time that saves versus starting from scratch.
