I built IVR Hero after seeing how much time PBX installers and small IT teams lose creating, converting and updating telephone prompts. General-purpose text-to-speech tools rarely produce the exact 8 kHz mono WAV format required by phone systems. IVR Hero combines multilingual synthesis, delivery controls and PBX-ready export in one focused Windows workflow. What is the most repetitive part of preparing IVR prompts?

I built IVR Hero Lite after seeing how much time small PBX prompt changes can consume: recording, editing, converting and checking the final format.
