IronTrack is a simple equipment-hour tracking tool for contractors. Crews can log machine time from the field, assign hours to a job and task, and give managers a clearer view of equipment usage and job costs. Import existing logs from Excel, review usage reports, and export your data anytime. It is built for small construction teams that want to replace paper logs and messy spreadsheets without adopting a complicated fleet-management system.

Logged a few hours from my phone while on-site and liked how cleanly it tied the machine time to the right job and task. Way simpler than the spreadsheet mess I was using.
Finally tried importing our old Excel logs and the cleanup actually worked without me hand-fixing half the columns. The job-plus-task view makes it way easier to see which machines are burning hours on a given site.
Spent a few minutes importing a spreadsheet of backhoe hours and the job-cost view made our overages on one site jump out right away, super helpful without being overkill for a small crew.
