I'm the maker of Intimassy. It started 9 years ago as a native Android app and quietly grew to 100k+ users. This year I rewrote the whole codebase to support both Android and iOS, along with a renewed modern design. Seamless migration, same accounts, same data, and finally live on iOS as well.
Privacy drove most of the design. Every entry is encrypted on your device before it's backed up, and the backup is scoped to your account alone. No third party, and no other user, can read a word of it. The app locks behind a PIN and hides its content in the OS app switcher. No shared advertisement id, means, no personalized ads and no personal data sharing with any 3rd party.
Two limitations up front: it's a personal log, not a medical app, and the deepest stats sit behind a one-time or subscription upgrade that keeps the app ad-light.
