What do you think? …

Hugo Gomes Penaranda
It seems to be very useful. Waiting for brazilian portuguese support to try the app!
Vincent Zhang
Hi @hugopenaranda, on the way~ Stay tuned.
Heather Lister
Does this work well with handwriting?
Vincent Zhang
@librarianlister Hi Heather, the app could recognize handwriting, but not as good as the printed. We'd like to hear any specific scenario you need the handwriting recognition, we will improve that part if it's a common need.
Heather Lister
@vincent_zhang I really just want to scan my handwritten recipes into a digital (and searchable) format
Michal Daniel
Really cool product. Effortless UX, simple and clean UI. Doesn't recognise handwriting, although I'm assuming it wasn't the most important feature of the product.
S. Ketharaman
Seems fascinating. From what I could make out from the explainer video on your website, I hold the book with one hand and the iPhone with another. From where, then, do I get a spare finger with which to tap a passage in the book?
Vincent Zhang
Hi @s_ketharaman, that's a concept video. Welcome to try our app to know more. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/...

Added to my useful list. Super cool!

Vincent Zhang
@feelnx you can just email me via vincent@skrapit.com

Great app for limited purposes, wish the OCR engine worked better, but in general its useful for storing things like SN or ISBN numbers

Pros:

Converts text in pictures most of the time to text

Cons:

Doesn't work all the time, interface is kinda weird
