I built InstantTradeQuote because I got tired of the way tradespeople (including myself) handle quoting. The reality for most plumbers, electricians, and contractors is: open a Word template, copy-paste client details, fiddle with line items, save as PDF, email it over, then have absolutely no idea if the client even looked at it.
I searched for a better tool and everything I found was built for large field service companies — Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro — starting at $49/month with dashboards, scheduling, invoicing, CRM, and dozens of features a solo tradesperson will never touch. All I wanted was to send a clean quote quickly and know when it was opened.
So I built it. InstantTradeQuote does one thing well: you fill in the job details, hit send, and your client gets a professional PDF quote by email. The whole process takes about 60 seconds.
