My mood towards problems and worries shifted in one month from bad to hopefulness & daydreaming. The music helps. I’m feeling very hopeful it might help me more than anything before since I started my maternity leave!
I use it every day and I see a big positive impact on my thoughts, mood, and motivation.
So clean, I've started shaping my mind by using Youtube with positive affirmations and quickly switched to Innertune, I am feeling it is my second spotify for a day.
