How does the handoff to a human actually work in practice, like does the agent summarize the conversation or just drop the whole transcript into the inbox?
@sudewvjf Great question. Both, actually. When a human agent picks up a handoff, they see the full transcript with a short AI-generated briefing card at the top showing the summary, main topics, sentiment, and urgency, so they get the gist in a glance without losing any context. From there they can pull suggested reply drafts and doc lookups from a Copilot tab whenever they need them, and respond right in the same view.
Plugged in our help center and it was fielding real customer questions within an hour, the tone actually sounded like our docs which was a nice surprise.
