Hey Product Hunt! š
I built IB Pocket because I noticed something weird: there are great bookmark managers (Anybox, Raindrop), great note apps (Bear, Notion), and great file organizers ā but none of them include your contacts.
That broke my workflow.
Heading into a client meeting, I needed: the contract PDF, the client's phone number, my talking points, the design link. Bookmark apps don't store contacts. Note apps don't store contacts. Contact apps don't store anything else. So I'd open four apps. Every time.
IB Pocket fixes that. One block. Five card types ā including contacts pulled straight from iOS.
Where I'm different from the alternatives:
š Anybox ($40) ā great for bookmarks, but no contacts, and many users call it "overwhelming" with too many features. IB Pocket is focused and free.
š Notion ā incredibly powerful but web-first, heavy, complex. IB Pocket is built natively in SwiftUI ā feels like iOS because it is iOS.
š Bear ā beautiful notes app, but it's notes-only. No files, no contacts, no photo organization by topic.
š Apple Notes / Files / Contacts ā native but scattered (that's the problem I'm solving).
Five card types:
š Text ā quick notes
š URL ā links and articles
š File ā PDFs, docs, anything from Files app
š¤ Contact ā pulled from iOS Contacts (the secret weapon)
š· Photo ā from your library
Pricing: Free forever. No ads. No subscription. No in-app purchases. Sign into iCloud, your stuff syncs across iPhone and iPad.
This is my first published app. Built solo in SwiftUI + SwiftData + CloudKit. Would love your feedback ā especially: does the contacts integration solve a problem for you, or is it just me? š
