Hey Product Hunt 👋 We built Influencer Discovery because “find influencers in this space” usually produces a lot of names — but not necessarily a useful outreach list. The hard part isn’t discovering people who talk about a topic. It’s finding people who actually bring distribution. Someone with followers, readers, or subscribers can help spread your work. Someone building and promoting their own product may look relevant, but they’re often trying to get distribution too. For us, that became one of the biggest sources of false positives. So we built Influencer Discovery around a stricter rule: find people who bring their own audience, capture their public contact information, and return only qualified, deduplicated targets. The pipeline currently searches across 15 channels, including X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Reddit, blogs, newsletters, podcasts, and personal websites. It can also follow the second hop from a social profile to someone’s own site or contact page, while keeping discovery read-only and avoiding guessed contact data. We built it first for our own GTM workflows, where the goal wasn’t “find 100 creators” — it was “find 100 people we could actually contact and who might realistically help distribute something.” Would love to hear how others approach creator discovery, especially across fragmented platforms.
