Rounak Adhikary
Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Rounak, founder of ProjectX. We built Infinity because we kept watching people (including us) lose days to setup, drivers, and “my laptop can’t run this” moments. You just want to open the tool and work. Infinity is a browser workspace where you open a URL → click an app → it launches in seconds on our cloud CPU/GPU. It’s not a persistent cloud desktop: each app runs as its own isolated session with the compute it needs, so you can run multiple tools side-by-side without them fighting each other. When you close the tab (or go idle), it shuts down, so you’re not paying for an always-on VM. What you can try today: • Run heavy apps in a browser tab (Blender / dev tools / sim tools like ROS, etc.) • Scale up/down per app-session • Switch devices mid-session without re-setting anything up We’re early and we want blunt feedback: 1) What’s the heaviest app in your workflow? 2) Is “pay per app-session” better than renting a whole cloud desktop for you? 3) What should we ship next: team sharing, admin controls, or more app templates? I’ll be in the comments. Try it, break it, tell us what hurts 🙏
