Hey Product Hunt 👋
We built Indostra after seeing how many restaurants still struggle with disconnected systems for ordering, billing, kitchen operations, and inventory management.
Most restaurant owners end up juggling multiple apps, manual coordination, delayed KOTs, and high commission platforms. We wanted to simplify that.
Indostra brings QR ordering, POS, kitchen sync, inventory, and operations together into one platform designed for modern Indian cafés, QSRs, and cloud kitchens.
A few things we focused on:
• Zero-commission ordering
• Real-time kitchen ticket syncing
• Faster table ordering with QR menus
• Simple operations without expensive hardware
• Multi-device support for restaurant teams
We’re still building actively and would genuinely love feedback from founders, restaurant owners, operators, and the Product Hunt community 🙌

Congrats on the launch, Suraj. When the restaurant's internet drops mid dinner rush, does the POS keep billing offline and sync later, or does the floor stop until it's back? That's the first thing I'd stress test in a system that replaces every tool at once.

love that everything from KOT to inventory lives in one dashboard instead of forcing staff to jump between five different tabs during a dinner rush
