Hi Product Hunt 👋 I built Image2PPT to fix something that kept annoying me. AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini can now generate genuinely good-looking slides, but the result is often a flat image. The moment you need to fix a typo, update a number, translate the content, or move one box, you may have to rebuild the slide from scratch. Image2PPT turns screenshots, PDF pages, and AI-generated slide images into PowerPoint files with native editable text, shapes, and tables where possible. Complex visual details can remain as images when that preserves fidelity better. Under the hood, I built a custom pipeline combining vision-language models, OCR, computer vision, and deterministic geometry. The goal isn’t to claim that every pixel magically becomes editable. It’s to remove as much manual reconstruction work as possible and give you a useful PowerPoint file that you can continue editing. Every new user gets free credits, so you can test it with a real slide. Clean, structured layouts work best, while highly complex posters and illustrations are handled on a best-effort basis.
