Ideaft scores every US stock against three value-investing greats side by side — Phil Town's Rule #1, Warren Buffett's quality screen, and Ben Graham's defensive criteria — so you can see exactly where a stock passes or fails each one. Most screeners drown you in metrics. Ideaft gives a clear verdict per methodology, plus the sticker price and margin of safety. Free forever (screener + watchlist). Pro adds custom strategies and portfolio tracking for $15/mo.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Muntaseer, the solo dev behind Ideaft.
I built it to scratch my own itch. Every time I looked at a stock I'd end up dragging its financials into a spreadsheet and checking them against the value-investing rules I actually trust — Phil Town's Rule #1, Buffett's quality checklist, and Ben Graham's old defensive criteria. It worked, but it was slow, and I only ever got through a handful of names.
Ideaft does that for every US stock and shows all three verdicts next to each other. The fun part is when they disagree — one calls a stock a bargain while another screams "value trap." That gap is usually where the real thinking starts.
The screener and watchlist are free forever. If you want to build your own custom rules or track a portfolio, that's the $15/mo Pro tier.
It's just me building this, so I'd genuinely love feedback — what's confusing, what's missing, what you'd want it to do. Brutal honesty welcome (I write stock teardowns for fun, I can take it).
Thanks for taking a look!
