I built iBuat.Link for businesses that get customers from Instagram, printed QR codes, and WhatsApp, but still rely on one static destination or manually pass customer enquiries between sales admins.

A normal WhatsApp link is great when you have one number. iBuat.Link is for businesses that need more control around that link.

With Smart Route, one link can send mobile visitors to WhatsApp while desktop visitors go to a website. You can also route visitors by country or time of day.

With WhatsApp Sales Router, WhatsApp enquiries can be distributed to available agents using round robin or weighted assignment, working hours, and sticky assignment.
