I genuinely use Hypercontext for my weekly 1:1's so seeing this feature launched is so amazing and adds a lot of depth to an already fantastic app! Keep up the good work!
As a CEO, I've always believed if you do incremental feedback and improvements properly reviews are an output of that vs an input for another process. This looks to easily operationalize that philosophy, excited to try it!

My secret, something I have done from very early on in my career, is to create a running list throughout the year of what I did, so come review time I can jot down a comprehensive picture, rather than just what I could remember from the last few months.
