Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built HowThings as a place to try how things work—not just read about them.
Each figure is an interactive isometric diagram (SVG, sometimes with WebGL). You can type on a tiny computer, follow a coin into an arcade cabinet, close a circuit with one button, peek inside a rocket engine, and more.
How it works:
1. Browse the gallery and play with the figures
2. Download any figure’s HTML
3. Or install the Anatomy skill (npx skills add wheresryan22/anatomy -g), make your own, and submit it for review
HowThings is independent of Anatomy—just a curated collection of figures made with it. No account needed to explore or submit.
Would love feedback on which explanations feel clearest, and what you’d want to see next.
