Although there are multiple workforce management platforms, HourOps solves few critical things.
1. HourOps works based on roles and scopes which is available in free version as well. Default roles are Admin, Employee and Manager. A company admin can create as many as custom roles and scopes based on employee levels and permissions.
2. In terms of security, the data is segregated based on account, thus eliminating cross account data access (IDOR).
3. Everything feature is closely integrated.
4. Sub account management - A company wants to manage their vendors and contractors on a separate workspace or account, this is possible in HourOps
5. The vendor or contractor accounts can raise invoice to the parent organization based on timesheet.
6. If your company does not use vendor accounts, the company can grant invoice permissions to a vendor employee within the primary account (if vendor employee is in primary account). The employee can then submit invoices to an authorized administrator for approval.
7. Timesheet, project and tasks acts as source of truth.
8. Each feature is audited. This means, a company can create a user with view only read access, grant access to external auditor for auditing their projects.
