I built this because as an Airbnb host myself, I kept losing ratings over tiny issues guests never mentioned during their stay. Things like unclear Wi-Fi info, confusing checkout steps, or not knowing how to lock the door.
Most of the reviews were actually positive about the stay itself, but they simply dropped a star because some minor inconvenience.
So I created a simple QR-based checkout flow:
Guests get Wi-Fi + instructions in one place
They follow a clean checkout checklist
And before leaving, they rate their stay
1–3 ★ → private feedback to the host
4–5 ★ → redirect to the Airbnb review page
This turned out more powerful than I even anticipated since the fact that I was able to quickly responded and address the minor issues, the guests felt heard and left better public review after all.
So I packaged it into a lightweight tool for other hosts as well.
