Healthcare workers need our support to fight COVID-19. HospitalHero is an online platform that makes it easy for care providers to make requests for essential needs like meals, lodging, and medical supplies—and for volunteers to respond.

Keeping our healthcare workers healthy and safe is a force multiplier. Every doctor, nurse, or healthcare worker we can keep on the front lines means potentially dozens of patients who get the help they need. I recently learned that the type of doctor that manages patients on a ventilator needs years of training on just that single device/technique. That's the type of person whose work has that multiplicative impact, and if they were too sick to work then we would all lose out. If helping them with groceries or pet care helps them stay at peak performance, I'm thrilled to play a role in that. I love this team. It's been incredible to watch their trajectory.
