Hey everyone 👋 I built Hold Point after one too many projects starting the same way — a folder structure improvised on day one, test scripts copied and half-edited, no single source of truth for hold points or first witness tests. It's a complete commissioning toolkit refined across live data centre projects — a framework-agnostic folder structure, a full CIP template, worked test scripts, a RACI matrix, and every tracker needed to run a programme from day one.
