Hey👋 I built Hirico after one too many iGaming interviews that ended with a salary a third below what I expected — "competitive salary" means nothing. Hirico shows a real pay band on every listing, plus crowdsourced salary data you won't find anywhere else in iGaming.
What's the most misleading "competitive salary" you've run into?

the salary upfront thing is genuinely great, saves so much time. one thing though, could you add filters for remote time zones or overlap hours? lots of iGaming roles say remote but really mean you need 4+ hours overlap with europe, and that would help people know before they apply

@zekiyeo28717 Thank you, this genuinely means a lot, and you've pointed at exactly what Hirico is trying to kill. A "remote" role that quietly needs 4h of EU overlap is precisely the hidden catch that wastes people's time before they apply. Timezone / overlap filters aren't in yet, but you've just put them on the roadmap. Really appreciate the sharp feedback 🙌

Finally a job board that gets how annoying it is to apply without knowing the pay range. Scrolled through a few iGaming roles and the salary bands were right there upfront, which saved me a ton of time filtering.

@ceydaotman Exactly the pain we built it around, knowing the number shouldn't be a game of wait and see. Really glad it saved you time, and thanks for the kind words. If you ever hit a role where the band feels off or missing, tell me - that keeps it honest 🙏🏻

Love that salaries are right there in the listing, that alone makes this stand out from the usual vague postings. One thing that would help a lot is a filter for compensation structure, like filtering by base only versus base plus commission or equity, since iGaming roles vary so much in how the total package is split.

@evketzkaraostb Great point! Total-comp structure in iGaming is all over the place, and base only vs base + commission vs equity genuinely changes the decision. We don't capture that split yet (listings show the band, not how it's composed), but it's exactly the kind of honesty this board should carry. On the roadmap now, alongside the timezone/overlap idea. Thanks for thinking it through. 🫶🏻
