Hey Product Hunt 👋
I’m Ray, the founder of Hirero.
Hiring decisions are often made from scattered notes, gut feelings, and long discussions after interviews. I built Hirero to make that process faster, more structured, and easier to trust.
Hirero helps recruiting agencies and hiring teams:
✅ Turn interviews into structured, evidence-backed scorecards ✅ Compare candidates using consistent evaluation criteria ✅ Get clear hire/no-hire recommendations ✅ Save time writing notes and reviewing interviews ✅ Screen more candidates with Lisa, our built-in AI interviewer
The goal is simple: help smaller hiring teams make confident decisions without adding more calls, admin work, or complicated enterprise software.
Hirero is still growing, and your feedback would mean a lot. I’d especially love to hear how your team currently evaluates interviews—and what part of that process takes the most time.
Thanks for checking us out! 🚀

honestly the evidence-backed scoring is a really cool differentiator. one thing i'd want is a way to compare candidates side by side with their scorecards and interview clips lined up, kind of like a spotlight view, so it's easier to make the final call when you're down to the last two or three people.

One thing I'd love to see is a way to compare candidates side by side in a structured matrix view, with the evidence clips or quotes pulled right next to each scoring category. Right now I'm flipping between tabs and it gets messy when I have five strong finalists.

honestly the AI interview thing sounded gimmicky but the scorecard actually broke down each answer with citations to what the candidate said, which kind of won me over.

Would love to see a calibration tool where the hiring manager can rate a few sample scorecards before the AI starts scoring real candidates. That way the ranking reflects what that specific team actually values, not just generic weights.
