Congratulations Joel and team on the launch. This has been a pain point for all the interviewers out there and I couldn't think of a better team to solve this.
Hireguide has quickly become an essential tool in our talent acquisition strategy. It’s simple to set up and use while simultaneously being incredibly robust in what it delivers. It has taken our recruiting to the next level in terms of creating a more efficient, equitable, and inclusive process.
Fantastic, intuitive website. In addition to regular hires, we can definitely use this to improve interviews during our contracting process. Any concern about potential interviewees using the free trial to try to anticipate their questions? Just a thought--could be a non-issue. Maybe that's just part of their interview preparation...
