higheredcrm.ai is the AI CRM for higher education: capture every inquiry, route it by rule and follow each applicant from first inquiry to enrollment.
Hi Product Hunt. We built higheredcrm.ai because admissions teams do some of the most human work in education, yet many spend their days copying data between systems and chasing the same applicant on three channels.
The software available to them is often built for sales teams, or so complex that it takes a specialist to change a stage. So we built one lead record for admissions: WhatsApp and Messenger conversations next to email and SMS history and calls; assignment rules that give every inquiry an owner; application and document tracking up to enrollment; and dashboards that show where applicants drop out.
Two things we care about:
- Rules you can read. Routing, scoring and chatbot flows run on rules your staff can see and change.
- AI where it helps. The AI Assistant, built on Anthropic's Claude, gives each counselor a daily briefing. It never saves changes or sends messages on its own.
It is free for the first 12 months for one institution, including all its campuses, every feature and every user.
