Every shortcut is rebindable. No Dock icon, no bloat, and no permissions, ever.
the no-Dock-icon choice and zero permissions requirement is such a smart signal that you actually care about macOS conventions instead of fighting them. Privacy mode especially feels like something Apple should have shipped years ago.
