I got tired of picking between VPNs that oversell ("military-grade AES-256!") and ones that feel abandoned. So: Hesychia. Germany server, Reality or Hysteria2 depending on what your network likes, 100GB a month, and a Telegram bot instead of a signup form nobody wants to fill out. There's no team behind this, just me, so updates happen when I have time and support replies come from an actual human (also me). If that trade-off sounds fine, try it.

Hey, I've had a couple of servers running for a whie for something else, and at some point turned it ino an actual service instead of letting it sit idle. t's called Hesychia. Germany server for now, Realit and Hysteria2 as the two protocols, 100GB a month tat resets on its own. No app, just a config link fro a Telegram bot. It's just me running this, so suppot is slower than a real company but also, you know, n actual person reads it. First time putting somethng like this out publicly, so go easy but also tell e what's confusing or missing.
