We built this for ourselves and several of our customers started asking what we were using. The problem we had is that the documentation tools we were using for product docs, user docs and internal knowledge just wasn't well suited for consumption by AI. So we decided to build what we needed for ourselves: A knowledge management tool that is designed from the ground-up to be easily consumable for AI workloads (GEO, RAG, etc.). We also do all the fun work of pre-chunking content for easy consumption by ChatGPT and Microsft Copilot. This is our preview launch and we have a ways to go. But this knowledge space reminds me of my days launching one of the first community platforms (Telligent) back in the mid-2000s.
