Hi Product Hunt! I built Handover for businesses with 3 to 150 people and no IT department.
When someone leaves, the hard part isn't knowing what to do. It's knowing what they have: which app accounts, which shared passwords, which laptop, which keys. Handover keeps that list for every person. When someone joins, it builds their setup checklist from their role. When they leave, it builds the checklist to take everything back, sends each step to whoever handles it, reminds them, and gives you a dated PDF record.
It's free for up to 3 people. Paid plans are a flat $29 or $59 a month, not per person, with a 14-day free trial. There's also a free checklist generator on the site if you just need a one-off list.
