@alimalamud Thanks Ali :) Branding was SO much fun for us. Me and @jameelshivji were super inspired by television shows like Zoey 101, iCarly, and Drake & Josh. Basically everything Nickelodeon. We actually binge-watched Zoey 101 while working on HAGS in the beginning haha. Our moodboard was also filled with things like Doodle Jump, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, alternative indie albums, and ending credit scenes from movies like High School Musical. This aesthetic informed the design explorations we did. We wanted HAGS to feel nostalgic, playful, rusty, and caring. I could go on for days about branding and how that informed our product, marketing strategy, and our own excitements 😅 Thanks for checking us out!
