Does far more than just answer questions or set appointments——provides price estimates (quotes), customer empathy, and relays customer information/temperament to the business. Test number is (951) 577-3047. Looking for some feedback on how to improve it as I search for bugs 👀🪲
tested it out and honestly the empathy layer caught me off guard, felt pretty natural and not robotic like most bots. actually appreciated that it gave me a rough estimate upfront instead of dragging me through a long script.
Really cool concept, the temperament relay idea is genuinely useful for service businesses. One thing I'd love to see is a quick text option instead of just calling the test number, so I could try it out without burning minutes or feeling awkward talking to myself in public.
Cool idea, the empathy angle feels different from the usual chatbot stuff. Gave it a quick call and it actually picked up on tone better than I expected for an early build.
Been tinkering with the demo and the empathy piece feels surprisingly natural. One thing I'd love to see is a post-call summary text the business gets with caller mood and any flagged issues, so small shops can scan it fast before deciding who picks up next. Would save a lot of guesswork.
