I'm Andrew, the maker of HabitIt.
I was trying to quit smoking. The plan was simple: switch to vape, then taper the vape down to zero. I needed an app that would automatically lower my daily cigarette limit each week while ramping up the vape, then start lowering the vape. Couldn't find one. Every habit tracker I tried was built around streaks: hit your goal each day or break the chain.

@daniel_nwankwo Thanks! It works for any habit to quit or start but yea cigs then vape were my use cases, I've had a lot of users tell me they used it for alcohol as well.
