Hey everyone, Freinet here. I co-founded Guidara and built the product.
My co-founder, who's a licensed mental health therapist and a practicing LPC-S approved to supervise in three states, brought the problem to me, which is that clinical supervision is stuck in the past. Supervisors are tracking hours in spreadsheets, emailing PDFs for signatures, and writing notes in EHRs that were designed for client therapy, not supervision. When a supervisee finally applies for licensure, compiling the documentation is a mess.
Guidara gives both sides of the supervision relationship one shared platform. Supervisors manage meetings, notes, hours, forms, agreements, and invoicing. Supervisees submit timesheets, sign documents, and track their progress. Everything is documented with a full audit trail, and records stay accessible for years.
We're live with paying customers. Pricing is $29/month including one team seat, with additional team members at $25/month. Supervisees are always free, however many a supervisor manages, and they keep their records
permanently, including after changing supervisors or moving states.
