The free design support really came through for me, they tweaked the layout a couple of times without any fuss. Boxes arrived quicker than I expected and the print quality is solid for the price.
Have you thought about offering a sample pack with a couple of different box styles before committing to a full order? It would be really helpful to feel the quality and see the print in person, especially for businesses ordering for the first time and trying to match their branding.
Honestly the free design help is a nice touch, but it would be really helpful if you could add a quick online tool that previews how the cupcake box actually looks before ordering. Like drag and drop my logo and see it on the box in real time. Would save a lot of back and forth.
Would love to see a 3D mockup tool on the site so I can preview the box design from multiple angles before ordering. Something draggable that shows how my logo wraps around the lid and base would make the whole customisation process feel way more confident.
