How does the pricing work for a team like a law firm, and does it scale with the number of workflows or seats? Also curious what happens if I switch languages mid-conversation.

For teams like a law firm, Gondoor integrates into your existing system rather than being just seats, so team/embedded pricing works differently from our self-serve plans and we're finalizing it now rather than forcing a one-size number. How does Gondoor actually run the day to day without handing the helm to an agent, does it ping me for every step or batch approvals? Also curious what it costs once a workflow is live, is it usage based or a flat monthly fee?
@kmuhcen72225 This is the core of how we think about it. Gondoor doesn't run off on its own. You set where it acts autonomously and where it checks with you, so you can batch approvals for routine things and require sign-off on anything that matters. You stay in control of that line, and that applies across everything Gondoor does, not just workflows: editing your site, creating video and marketing content, scheduling your posts. You can let the agent handle it or keep your hands on the wheel, your call. On cost once a workflow is live: our published plans are flat monthly (Pro $49 and Builder $89) but you can go ahead and do all of these minus the autonomous work, voice commands etc just buying credits, and for heavier or embedded team use we're finalizing usage-based pricing now. spoken a quick request in Tagalog and watched it piece together the whole workflow without me typing a line, pretty wild. the fact that a real law firm is running payroll on it already says a lot.
