Most gym apps don't know you're a golfer. Most golf fitness content is mobility, not strength. GolfBod is the gym app for golfers who actually lift. It generates periodized programs built around compound lifts, rotational power, and progressive overload. Mark a round on your calendar and your training week adapts. Built for golfers who want to break 80, hit it further, and stay healthy for another thirty years of golf. Free to try. iOS and Android.

Hey everyone,
I'm a golfer who lifts. For years, every gym app I tried (Strong, Fitbod, Hevy) treated my Saturday tee time like another Tuesday. Heavy squat day before a 36-hole round, legs blown, swing flat. The other half of the internet was "golf fitness" content. Mostly mobility work, posture cues, and stretching. None of it was real strength training built around how golfers actually use their bodies.
What I wanted was the kind of programming a tour S&C coach would write: periodized, compound-lift-heavy, with rotational power as its own block, progressive overload, deload weeks. Shaped to four hours a week instead of a touring pro's schedule. Nothing came close.
GolfBod is what I built. Generate a periodized program from scratch based on your equipment, schedule, and experience. Then the part I'm most proud of: mark a round on your calendar and your training week adjusts. Tournament Saturday? Thursday tapers. Off-season? Builds. The thing nobody else does.
Free to download. A bunch of free workouts and a 7-day trial. Would love feedback, especially if you're a golfer who has been frustrated by the gym-app gap.
