On the last day of a school vacation, my grandfather gave me a list of 17 technical issues he was having across devices (Apple IDs, Netflix password, creating phone contacts, etc). It was a beautiful day outside (75 degrees and sunny) and I was due to fly into a blizzard the next day, but with no siblings or cousins to help, I knew it was my responsibility to assist. Hoping to never run into this issue again, I looked for a platform designed for aging adults to receive technical help. Many taught 'how-to' courses- but no platform just fixed the problem (especially affordably).
