We built this tool out of frustration — we manage local SEO for clients across 12 countries and every time we onboarded a new GMB account, we'd find hundreds of photos with auto-generated filenames, no geotags, uncompressed. Fixing them manually was eating hours. The BYOK approach (Bring Your Own Key) was a deliberate decision. A lot of tools in this space take your images, process them on their servers, and you have no visibility into what happens.
