AI feature very unreliable: While interested in AI functionality discovered discrepancy as essential content does not appear in the maps.

Support rather unorganized resulting in bad communication. Interaction with support was a mixture of AI bot and possibly human email exchanges where there was no clear ownership and as a consequence the user was lost and communication stopped regardless reference data and video material on behavior was provided.

Incredibly well structured tool I've been using for a few years now. Mainly collobarative with other students to work together on complex topics.

What needs improvement

Usage on free versions. It's been way better in this regard back in the days.
