So the idea was simple: keep the interface clean, remove unnecessary friction, and use AI in a way that actually supports productivity instead of overcomplicating it. The process was very iterative. I started with a basic task manager, then kept refining based on one question: “Does this make it easier to just get things done?” If not, it didn’t stay. This is just the first phase. There’s a lot more planned around smarter task handling, better insights, and overall experience.
