We built Geode because we kept running into the same problem: every transcription tool we tried either charged us for every minute, had monthly caps, or quietly sent our audio to a cloud server we didn't control. So we spent a long time making local AI actually work well on Apple Silicon — fast enough to be useful, accurate enough to replace cloud tools for most use cases.
