We assume that you don't follow your plans. We're creative, chaotic people ourselves — we abandon our New Year resolutions because after a while they start to feel like a burden, and then we just avoid facing them. Life happens - the plan should adapt to you, not shame you.
So we made CapyPlan. Every task you finish, Capy cheers you on. When you can't start, talk to Capy to get planned. If you can't finish a task, mark it "Tried".
Just keep showing up because it's the intention that counts.

I know, I know—the world probably doesn't need another daily planner. But I’m sharing this because I genuinely couldn't find a "cosy" middle ground.
I tried TickTick, but it felt too rigid and corporate. I tried Structured, but the UI felt a bit too "neon pink" for my taste, and I hated how the timeline morphed—I just wanted a clear bird’s eye view of my day.
So, I built CapyPlan with Apple Watch Integration. It’s gentle, cosy and focuses on "no stress calm productivity". Would you want a capybara to cheer you up for all the tiny and big tasks you did?

The UI and overall visual design look really clean and pleasant!🎨 that’s actually what makes me want to try this the most!
@tal_elor Thank you Tal, now the UI is getting even better <3
@alexander_zimmermann Not yet, do you want a one time import or a sync? :)
