Hey Product Hunt! š William here. I built Geneziz alone, in my spare time.
My best finds kept dying in bookmark tabs I never reopened. X bookmarks, YouTube
playlists, Reddit saves, GitHub stars, Instagram posts. Hundreds of them, scattered
across a dozen apps, gone when I needed them. Every tool that tried to fix this wanted
$10 to $15 a month, forever, to let me search my own saves.
So I built Geneziz the way I wanted it to work:
Save on your own machine. You search. AI organizes.
It pulls in bookmarks and posts from X, YouTube, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, GitHub, RSS
and more, and files everything as plain Markdown on your computer. Local AI organization,
full text and semantic search, and an MCP server so your coding agents can query your
saves directly.
