Early going but definitely the right direction.
Pros:Simple & clear but effective! Proven approach to team engagement.
Cons:Would be great to be able to get an overview of how all the projects my team is working on is doing.
This is a tool aimed a dev teams but can be easily applied to sales, finance, or nearly any team. Especially helpful for remote teams or teams with little daily interaction to gauge where their heads are at on key objectives.
Pros:Simplicity and clarity. Easy to use and gain an understanding on your teams belief in their ability to hit their goals.
Cons:Eventually it should migrate to a mobile app. This would be an easy thing for people to complete on their commute.
